本制作线由全主动理瓶机、滚筒轴式洗瓶机、灭菌处理低温干燥机、眼麻醉药灌装设备产出线旋盖机、落地标贴超临界锅炉成，可完毕理瓶、水、气的刷洗、烘干设备及二氧化碳空气消毒、灌装设备产出线、加塞、旋盖、标贴等产出工序，主要用来眼麻醉药下列关于他小摄入量稀硫酸的联线制作，也可电脑单机独立自主利用。全部贴合GMP规范。This production line consist of  Automatic Bottle Unscrambler,  Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, eyedrop filling machine, Vertical Labeling machine, can complete bottle sorting, water,and gas cleaning, drying and ozone disinfection, filling, plugging, capping, labeling, mainly used in eyedrops and other small doses of solution, also can be used single independently.　 Meet the GMP requirement.

Constant torquecap screwing. No bottle no filling, no plug no capping and automatically stop if cap and plug is under-supply.
